INTERCEPTOR Difficulty modes tier list
Hard is a toggle and a badge, not a level-scaling RPG.
INTERCEPTOR difficulty is a small menu with outsized pride. This list ranks how punishing each mode or extra is, and who should queue it. Parent hub: tier lists. How-to pages: High Security, undetected, INTERSWEEPER.
S — High Security campaign, undetected
The real final exam: budgeted disables, tight laptops, zero witnesses. Possible, not kind. Queue only after a default canonical. This is the clip that proves you understood the phone.
A — High Security campaign, dirty
Same toggle, allowed to be seen if you still finish. A-tier because the control-center cap is the actual mechanical spike. Chase can save a peek; it will not save a spent budget.
A — Canonical Playthrough I on default
Easier mechanically than High Security, stricter on eyes. A-tier because the fail state is binary. Habits sit on the undetected page.
B — Default Chapter 1 clear
The intended first experience. Still a stealth puzzle. People fail it. B is not “easy”; it is “correct onboarding.” Start here via getting started.
B — INTERSWEEPER High Security board
A different skill: minesweeper logic with a friend. Badges exist. Not comparable to cones, but easy to misread as the same toggle. Keep it mentally on the extra shelf.
C — INTERSWEEPER default
Teaching board. WIP multiplayer bugs are the real hazard, not the mines. C because a pair can stall on communication more than on difficulty.
C — Chase System Test extra
An AI sandbox Y3550R added so Chapter 1 chase would feel consistent later. Useful practice, not a campaign grade. Fun, limited, extra-tab.
D — “I will noclip the gate”
Not a mode. Listed so searchers see it ranked last. Scripts will not promote this.
Queue order we recommend
- Default clear.
- Default canonical.
- High Security dirty.
- High Security undetected.
- INTERSWEEPER with a friend, then its High Security badge.
- Chase Test if you enjoy the extra tab.
If the experience is restricted, none of these are queueable — hiatus. Difficulty bragging can wait for the Roblox button.
Tool ranking that supports S and A campaign modes is on hacking tools. Route ranking is on stealth routes. Do not mix INTERSWEEPER numbers into Cell Block cones; they are different languages that share a pause menu.
If you only have one session after the hiatus lifts, queue B-tier default and stop. Bragging about S-tier unseen High Security on a rusty phone overlay is how you refill this wiki’s “I cannot close the UI” comments. Skill is sequential here, like the campaign.
Chase Test as C-tier still has value: it teaches you what a sighting feels like without wasting a canonical attempt. Use it as a warm-up, then go back to default. Do not live in the extras tab and then wonder why Chapter 1 files feel unfamiliar.
There is no “nightmare plus” slider, no legend difficulty, no raid modifier. Anyone listing those is describing Operators or Entry Point. INTERCEPTOR’s ladder is the short list above. Climb it in order and you will have played the demo. Repeat the queue after any patch that moves cameras or files. Bring a friend only for INTERSWEEPER, never for Chapter 1 cones.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers for stealth, hacking, and the 2026 hiatus.
What is the hardest INTERCEPTOR mode?
High Security campaign while remaining undetected. That is S on this list.
Should beginners use High Security?
No. Clear default first. The High Security guide assumes phone muscle memory.
Is INTERSWEEPER harder than Chapter 1?
It is a different skill. Rank it as an extra, not as Chapter 1.5.
Did chase make the game easier?
It made sightings less of a full brick. Canonical still dies if chase starts.
