Most INTERCEPTOR characters never need a voice line. They exist as folders. This page is the dramatis personae for the players hub. Use it while you loot the security room in Chapter 1 so you stop treating every SC/OS window like a novel.
Critical people (files you must take)
The commander. Credentials from the security cluster. Required. Also the source of the snore recording that peels the east gate. You do not need the commander’s life story; you need the badge and CommanderSnoringNoise1.mp3.
The specialist. Credentials close shutters. Required. If High Security is deleting you in chokes, you underused this person. Rank shutters on hacking tools.
East entrance access is a permission, not a biography, but it lives on the same machines. Treat it as a third body in the room.
Named intercepts and rebrands
Sterling Crown. Update 1 retired a harsher joke name and asked players to welcome Sterling Crown. If an old video uses the previous label, it is the same patch-era gag, not a second NPC.
Samuel Jones. Launch playthroughs intercept a profile with this name while browsing files (smuggling notes, private accounts). Optional lore. Not a campaign key. If you spend laptop time here on High Security, you are on the C-tier tourist route.
Engineer at the forklift. Update 1 added dialogue if you hack the forklift in front of him after a catch. A fail-state character beat. Skip on canonical.
Community-requested file
CellRecordingAccess.scos exists because players asked. It lives on a specific someone, not in a Twitter code box. Optional gadget energy. Log it here so codes can keep saying “that is not a promo string.”

Joke audio plus the one S-tier track. If you only remember one filename from this wiki, remember the snore. Other recordings are flavor and a good way to die on a laptop minigame.
