INTERCEPTOR Undetected and Canonical Playthrough I
If anything saw you, the badge does not.
Canonical Playthrough I is the demo’s style badge: finish Chapter 1 without being the kind of noisy escapee the facility is built to catch. Community wording is simple — make sure nothing will see you. This page is the habit sheet. The named rooms still live in the Cell Block walkthrough. Hacking verbs live in hacking.
The embedded video is a real badge run. Watch it after you can finish a dirty clear; copying it cold is how you miss a relocated camera.
What “undetected” means here
INTERCEPTOR tracks more than a red meter. Cameras, NPCs, and the Update 1 “spotted you hiding” icon all count as eyes. A chase from Update 12 means you were already seen. If a chase starts, the canonical attempt is over — Quick Restart, do not negotiate with the AI.
You can still use tools. Undetected is not pacifist-without-gadgets. Intercom snore, shutters, donuts, and intercepts are legal as long as no witness clocks you. Jamming a cam in a way that sends a person to investigate is a judgement call; if a body walks to your square, you failed the spirit and probably the check.
Habits that earn the badge
- Default difficulty unless you are showing off. High Security undetected is a second trophy in practice even if the badge text differs.
- Phone rhythm: intercept, glance, close. Overlay time is time you do not see a turning head.
- Security room: three files plus snore. Extra folders are how laptop timing pops you.
- Never cross a live cone “because the guard is far.” Distance is a lie in a short map.
- East gate only after the pair has left. Walking up to talk is a witness.
- Ignore forklift joke routes that require a catch. Canonical is not the funny fail compilation.
Rank these habits against other paths on stealth routes. The S-tier canonical path is boring: cams, shutters, snore, walk.
Things that look clever and void the run
- Testing whether chase is “kind enough” to ignore a peek.
- Standing in a shutter gap to watch a cone like a movie.
- Opening settings or the extras tab mid-wing.
- Using a universal ESP. Even if the badge pops, you did not play INTERCEPTOR. The scripts hub will not help you anyway.
- Trusting a March 2024 camera count. Commenters already noted a missing cam on popular guides.
After the badge
You have finished the intended story toy. Next flexes are High Security, INTERSWEEPER badges, and reading dev notes to see what Y3550R still wanted to add (more chapters, cleaner multiplayer). If the place is offline, you cannot farm a duplicate — hiatus.
Keep controls open if the phone still traps you on the second cam; that single bug report killed more canonical attempts than any named guard.
Canonical is the thesis of INTERCEPTOR: you intercept systems, you do not brawl them. Play the badge until that sentence feels obvious, then you are ready for the extra tiles.
A practical rehearsal: run the S-tier stealth route once while narrating every eye out loud — cam, pair, roamer. If you cannot name the actor, you are not ready for the badge. Then run it silent. The embedded badge video helps you see a legal phone rhythm; it will not save you from a patch that moved a cone. Cross-check live geometry, not a March 2024 memory.
If the hide-detection icon ticks, you were seen. There is no court of appeal. Restart. That strictness is why the badge feels good and why High Security should wait until default canonical is boring.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers for stealth, hacking, and the 2026 hiatus.
How do I get Canonical Playthrough I?
Clear Chapter 1 without being seen by cameras or NPCs. Restart if a chase starts.
Can I use the snore file and still be undetected?
Yes. Distracting people with files is intended. Being seen is not.
Does hiding count as unseen?
Not if the hiding detection icon ticks. Wait for cones to pass; do not trust a desk forever.
Is the badge possible on High Security?
Players have posted unseen High Security clears. Do default canonical first, then read High Security.
